(Disconnect from the mains first and formost)
The lid just pushes backwards but is always very tight if it has never been off before, it’s most likely just the belt that has broken but it’s a stretch fit belt on this and very awkward to fit as the new belt will seem too short, just keep trying and it will go on! If not goto Repairs@ and fill in the details and a repairer will contact you.

    Re: Disposal of Trade Waste

We leave all doors with the customers and refer them back to the call centre if any problems, or a good line for the customer is ” you need to keep the old door for a week as the manufacturer may want to collect it for inspection, if no one makes contact then you can dispose of it ” This works every time and saves a compliant against you 😉

    Re: More New Faulty Elements

All elements we get in are checked for earth faults before they go into stock as i would say 2 out of every ten are down to earth, Stay away from elements that are super cheap as they’re super crap plus as the mark up on elements is so good anyway there’s no need to cut corners, an extra few quid can save a recall and thats sounds like a bargin to me!

    Re: Arsiton A1436

Is it going into full spin? These machines do have a fast tumble on some programmes which looks very wrong the first time you see it and it may well just be that rather than a fault, if not check for earth leakage on the heater maybe?

    Hi Rob

It was very well presented but us Hull lads are very shy! We hardly talk to each other let alone any-one else 😆 It was good to go over the laundry training for a second time and the coffee was much better than birmingham too! I told Ainsly Harriot at the T.R.I.C. awards last week that fairy active busrt REALY IS the one to buy not just because he says so!! 😉

    Thanks again

    Re: crosslee stats

Nine times out of ten it’s the inlet stat which gives this problem unless shes not letting it do the tumble cool section after the clothes are dry.

I only have the connect codes for the parts as follows:

    Inlet stat 5031685286071
    Reset stat 5031685276171
    Exhaust stat 5031685286088

    Hope this helps

    Re: Bendix WD1054B

It’s more likely to be one of the counter wieghts which is loose causing the knock, DISCONNECT the appliance and remove the lid and if it’s dusty in there thats a sign of the problem if they dont feel loose

I’ve noticed this but never had it reported as a fault, never watched enough to say for sure if they all do it though

Yeah seen same add. made me smile! It seemed to me to point out the fact that “they look good but you dont think any of it works do you darling” Maybe the guy in the add isnt happy at all, but rather crying that he’s just w**ked off a truck load of cash on the stuff and he cant find the number of the call centre to get a repair or find the receipt! (Watch it with the sound off next time and see what you think) 😆
