The Cookers part number for this is R0200003, listed as thermally insulating glass.

You can send an email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk to check on price & availability.

Otherwise you can try AIS on 01245 320992 or EAC on 0870 9099100

I should hope not; the temperature will more than likely have a maximum temperature of 250’C.

Where you hear the thermostat ‘click’ when you select the temperature should be around 50’C. Starting at that point to the max. point (250’C) you can work out approximate temperatures on the intervening settings.

If you could get the last two digits of the model number we could be more precise for you.

Not necessarily. The pump could be stalling or have an obstruction which only sometimes catches.

How long is the drain hose on your dishwasher?

It would help the posters if you could give the model numbers of the appliances concerned and be a bit more detailed about what it is you’re trying to do.

I’m assuming that this is an ADP8342 in which case the 3-in-1 tablets are probably part of your problem. These have been found to cause overfoaming in this model which can lead to internal flooding and an E5 error (1st 3 lights).

I’d recommend switching to separate powder detergent and rinse aid, although the new 5-in-1 tablets are apparently suitable.

The machine has entered the test phase. Press the programme button once more and the first light should go out; after this you can switch the machine off then back on again to try through a programme.

If this is not the case then you’ll have to get somone out to look at it to diagnose it further.

Inl. hose for lower spray. part number 758971595. £4.53 exc VAT from Smeg.

I don’t fancy your chances of getting this before the new year unless someone has one in stock for you 😕

This is a Haier :haier: appliance supplied by MFI / Howdens

The heater is part number 012G6040016 and retails for £24.99 excluding VAT & P+P

The stat (thermo limiter) is 0120800830 and retails for £11.99 exc VAT & P+P

The reset stat is 012G6010009 and retails at £5.63 exc VAT & P+P

I think it’s the thermo limiter you’re after which is unfortunately slightly different to the one in the integrated version.

We can order this for you if you send an email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk but it might be touch and go whether you get it before Christmas 😕

You could phone MFI on 0845 7959 722 to order the part from them.

Or maybe someone on the forum may have one in stock which they could sell to you. We only have the stat for the integrated version 🙁
