Re: Urgent help needed! Ariston door shattered

Mr Conway might be able to get something suitable from Connect. They are showing stock of 5031680303087, which should fit. However, you have zero chance of delivery for Christmas. Sorry.

eMail to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk for confirmation, prices etc.

    Regards,

    Re: ADP8332 spray pump

Now here’s one of those funny things that makes you wonder what the manufacurers are up to:

    Pump chamber with impellor and seals – 4812 360 18511 – £75.55
    Pump motor complete – 4812 361 58334 – £75.55

    Plus VAT and dely……………….

Unless Mr Conway knows better of course 😀

eMail to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk for ordering and confirmed pricing.

Info is a bit confusing – yellow button is p/no1251182-20/8, panel which it pushes on is 1251185-30/0.

Email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk for pricing and ordering.

You have no chance of receiving these before Christmas………………..

It’s a nice job – do the whole thing without dragging the machine out. Sounds like something UKW have been working on………. 😀

Re: Indesit WIE127UK – Just got very NOISY!

    Noises are caused by:

Drum bearing failure – dull rumble getting louder with speed.
Concrete weights breaking away – thudding and banging noises.
Heater off bracket – noise akin to a machine gun as speed increases.
Drum support failure – clatterings, bangings and scraping noises.
Suspension leg ripped off chassis – drum banging in casing due to excessive movement.
Coins and other foreign objects in drum or pump.
Drum pulley loose (unlikely) – thrumming and clonks.

    Take your pick……………..

    Power off when investigating.

I’ve only had the flu once, and it does knock you off your feet. Ironically enough this was the only year I’d ever had a flu jab!

    No bird flu gags….

    Hi Rob,
That is a decent machine you’ve got yourself.

    1) Reduced ironing – higher water, slow spin.
    2) Extra rinse.
    3) Quick wash – short wash, 2 rinses, slow spin.

    From memory……..

There is a user manual link on http://www.bshappliancecare.com, but the site appears to be down just at the moment.

Re: Whirlpool washing machine model AWM 8163

It sounds like the pump is becoming intermittent. This is often accompanied by a “burring” noise, when the pump does run. It’s not unlike (but not as loud as) a drill on hammer action. If this is the case replacement is your only option.

Alternatively, there may still be some foreign body in the pump chamber – skinny elastic bands round the shaft under the impellor are a swine to spot (and get rid of).

This what you want if you are going to replace it:

    Re: Bosch SGS43T22GB/07 Not emptying

I think you’ll find that the impellor is not accessible from inside the sump chamber on these later models. It is mounted separatley to the side underneath. Access requires removing panels and is very awkward. If you’re not sure, click the link below for some pro help.

Power off if going further yourself…… :plug:
