ParticipantRe: BEKO WMA745W
Damn it Ken, I was about to not post the same info that I didn’t find….
Probably a corruption issue in that case – escaping from the test mode just involves switching off, so it ain’t that.

ParticipantRe: Smeg SA 663 X – won’t move through the cycles.
Can’t find anything on that model – there is an SA662X with a mechanical timer for the European market.
I would suspect from your description that the flood protection system is operating. If the tray under the machine fills with water, it will operate a polystyrene float, which in turn switches a microswitch which runs the drain pump. This will over-ride any other machine function. Power off, towels down, tip the machine to one side and see if water comes out.
If it does, check that hose repair….

Power board on top of the fan ducting is almost certainly damaged.

Looks like a Bosch-type one to me. Funny machine – got a Bauknecht tank in it.
ED – post up the 12nc number on the machine – starts with 8.

In the roof of the soap box….. Scrub thoroughly, then use a nylon ty-rap or similar to poke through the holes on the roof section.

The only WM1005.1 references I can find refer to an automatic washing machine, not a dishwasher…………?

No real idea here – the obvious conclusion is that the boards are not interchangeable.

Label – side of the door – it’s the only number which matters.

Oh, I hate F9 faults. Technically it’s a runaway fill valve. The computer knows that it’s cut the power to the inlet valve, but it still thinks that it’s filling. This may be caused by continued impulses from the flow meter in the fill matrix (In which case it is still filling and the valve needs replacing) OR it’s getting a late signal from the diaphragm switch in the sump. This is the black grid under the filters and is prone to clogging up with grease and fatty deposits, effectively jamming the switch. Hot water and a good scrubbing with a toothbrush will often solve it – you may need to remove it for proper cleaning if it’s particularly bad. It’s a twist fit from underneath – power off first, please.
The computer could be going wonky as well, but don’t worry about that just yet.

Ah – obviously a French Conspiracy in that case. Explosive orange juice would surely be a Detonation Cordiale….

Hmm – three versions. Post up the 12nc number (starts with 8) and I’ll see if I can find you a part number.
