Yes you make good points it’s definitely overworked there. It’s in a home for old people, they have 2 Bosch washing machines and 2 dryers. The other dryer is exactly the same model but 9 months older and the belt hasn’t failed once. Thanks

The state that’s gone is a blue spot,
C00112196; seems to have a brown spot.

if I am told on the phone it’s a intermittent noise I ask them to video it And email me the video. Why not do that on this job.
I have been to jobs becourse it’s not heating and find drum spider is broken and the noise does not bother them, other jobs I am called out for a slight noise which they describe as very load.

Sorry my mistake, it has a normal motor not a stator on tub.
User was going to collect kids from school so I did not have time to check.
They are going to call Samsung In case it’s the motor which has a 10 year guarantee

Siemens replaced Motor,
customers are not going to have this repaired when they start coming out of gaurantee because of the cost.
