ParticipantRe: iwde126 door latch problem
Thought I should update this just in case anyone is using the search button.
I tried 2 new door handles and 2 interlocks and still it wouldn’t work.
I took the interlock apart and shaved a very small amount off the opening that the lock pops out through and its now working fine.
Maybe not an ideal fix but the only way I could get it to work again.Cheers,

Hi,
Yes I tried another complete door handle kit and its still the same.
The latch has good tension and it sounds just as it should when you shut the door.
It seems like something is just stopping the latch going over as far as it should, I’m sure it can only be the smallest amount but enough to stop the thing working.

Hi,
Spring is 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} in the right way. The door does shut perfectly and latches fine its just not letting the machine start. It seems like the glass and plastic guard are just stopping the new handle coming back far enough to operate the door lock.
Thanks,

ParticipantRe: Electrolux ZSF6066s pnc911919247
Hi,
Thanks for the previous replies but I’m still stuck with this one.
The machine has a program dial and a start button and a delay start button. I have tried pressing and holding the buttons one at a time and then both together and then switching it on but still no joy.
I just wondered if anyone had any other ideas on how to get it into service mode?
Cheers,

Hi,
Just checked and this one only has 2 buttons. A start/cancel button and a delay start button.

Thanks Martin,
Yes everything else works fine on the machine. I did have a look at the pcb but couldn’t see any dry joints but will do as you say and see if it makes any difference.
Thanks,

ParticipantRe: Smeg WDI16BA1 washer dryer (dryer problem)
Hi,
Thanks for the help with this one.
I didn’t take the fan out the first time I looked at it but went back and had a look and it was surprisingly fluffed up compared to the rest of it which was spotless.
No phone calls since so I am hoping it’s done the job.Cheers,

ParticipantRe: Whirlpool Dwf417w slimline dishwasher no power
Thanks John,
I tested the switch and that’s fine. It looks like the live coming to the pcb comes up from the loom in the door and only the neutral comes from the switch.

Hi I have one of these machines that’s doing the same thing. Is it an Ntc probe or a thermal limiter button type that fits into the duct above the door seal? Part no 3792111415 is the part from looking at mediator

ParticipantRe: Bosch SBV65M00GB/01 Dishwasher not drying
This one has come back to me. It washes fine on all cycles but will not dry on any of them. It seems to go all the way through the cycle and doesn’t show any error codes.
