Gotta be either a break in wiring/loose connection or Module (Which is the norm)

Was there a codeing sheet with the Module ? If so it might not be coded correctly !?

Sounds to me like you have a live feed to the motor – Could be module fault or could be element down causing neutral fault. Anyone else ? Martin ?

Magnetic signs have to be the way to go (If I had my own van LOL) as you can take them off in the evenings – Most of my neighbours know what I do for a living anyhoo so still get knocks on the door at stupid o’clock but they get told politely to bugger off ! 😈

Yep, I was out in that weather trying to get to customers in Lower Earley which also burst a water main !!! A Colleague of mine got stuck at Burghfield for 3 hours after trying EVERY route to get out but obviously couldn’t – I lost my downstairs sockets so had a frantic wife wittering on about the fridge & freezers being off – Raced back & lifted a floorboard only to find JBox on floor looking very wet ! What a day – Didn’t finish all my calls until gone 6.30pm (Late for me)

I went to a DW in Henley once which had completely been siliconed in – Looked nice but cost the lady £300 in fitters fee’s to free it !

    Re: bosch dish washer

It may heat when down to earth (I presume cust doesn’t have an RCD otherwise it will trip) but will not get to temp at all (this will feel hot to the touch though) – This situation is VERY dangerous as can potentially make the cabinet live ! So the only way to tell is when isolated safely & resistance tests carried out between disconnected element tags & to the cabinet or an earth tag. Please be very carefull !!!

No It’ll probably block the pump as the filters are rubbish !

A friend in the trade told me that it’s more than likely the pcb causing the fault, but he also said it could be the sensor which apparently is a pig to change.
Any ideas guys and girls ?
    Many thanks.
    Rob.

The sensor in question is the tubidity sensor which will adjust the next wash time for that cycle the next time it’s used – So wash times may vary (can go up & down like a whores drawers sometimes).

Your mate could be right about the PCB – However it sounds to me as though the Turbidity Sensor may be faulty (I’d fit an “Instantaneous Water Heater (Element)” myself as it comes complete with it & at least you know it’s all new & it isn’t that much hassle to change it – Just take the tub off (It isn’t as bad as it seems honestly – Just look at it logically)

Hope this helps – If not PM me & I’ll help guide you through it

Have you checked that the element isn’t down to earth or going down under load (not that I condone live testing !). These elements when down cause no end of timer related issues.

Its either that or he’s knocked off one of the wires from the pressure (antiflood ) switches !? – Or a bit of gundge has come loose & blocked the pressure system bellows (or water in them)
