    You can view diagnostics and fault codes on Connects mediator. Under Service manual click view in pdf.

    Assuming that the water level is rising during this period of intermittent filling and not syphoning away, I would suspect pcb!

    Have you tried blowing into the pressure switch via the tube, plugging the tube and waiting for the click?

    Thanks for the reply. Customer has since told me that the machine would occasionally turn on when not in use. So it’s definitely the pcb. Thanks again.

    I’ve had loads, shafts loose, binned them all. If you order FRG6600, they’re ‘Ranco’ and have a much more possitive switching.

    Possible heater relay or dry joint on module down on the right hand side.

    Thanks for the reply. I might just order the kit as there doesn’t look like any alternative, apart from a welding job. The dampers look the same as usual. It’s just whether there’s the space on the chassis for the plates. What does the kit actually comprise of ?

    Yes, checked it first and after fault occured no problem there. Wondered if the pcb relay could be breaking down after a while. Haven’t visually checked this yet!
