    first thing I thought possible system fault, but she called me today to say it went down to -20

    IN HIS ORIGINAL POST he states the lady said it did get to -20 so if restricted it would not do this. i have never had a system fault other than comp on one of these.

    if it is getting down to -20 as you say in your post then doubtful system problem. i have had a lot of these where machine cuts out for defrost and fridge heater (only one i have ever changed) is open circuit therefore not terminating defrost quick enough and as a result the freezer temp rises that is how the fridge can effect the freezer.

    defrost problem normally in fridge section causing unit to stay off too long. check heater t/fuse etc no valve.make sure to disconnect tray heater in fridge before checking main heater.

    i had this before and i had got 2 connectors round the wrong way when refitting new board 😳 . instead of heater on it put dryer heater on while on wash.

    went to supplier with p mo 481252018013 and it comes up as bearing ass @£120 ish is this part no correct.

    had this before and changed bottom dryer pcb and all was well again good luck.

    according to the panasonic info i have you have to order the whole front ass coming out at about £120+. is this right?as i may need one.

    i am having a nightmare sourcing an element at the mo for a nsh. it is 1.3kw similair to a grill element with the fixing plate but all i can find are the creda type with no plate. it is a badged thing i think made by micromark model stms-255-a.

    any help appreciated.
