    Re: analogic pressure switch frequency

Did engineer hook up laptop to appliance to check output of analogic pressure switch? Normally it’s an update of the software that cures this issue, it can be seen in graph output when you run SideKick diagnostic programme on the appliance.

Pressure switch fault or blockage in fill matrix would cause it to underfill & be the first thing to look at, sounds like its not getting enough water to circulate. Check for blockage in pipe to top spray arm also.

1526386006 is the horizontal manifold that connects from back of top spray arm to pipe. Hope this is what you need, it’s shown on TDS under “hydraulic system” of parts.

Pipe does’nt go as far as the spray arm connection at back of the dishwasher, it should only reach to corner of dishwasher & connect (via screw connection) to a manifold which goes across back of appliance.

Theres a t.o.c & door switch in series with the orange cables of the grill element. Orange cable comes from 2 on grill regulator via door sw’ via t.o.c to grill element.

E40s are door faults, E50s are motor related faults, when you say it flashes 5 times, does it flash red 5 times or 4 red & 1 green?

I’d be trying a new fan motor then, they can slow down with age. Not an easy job to replace though.

Re: Zanussi ZWF16070W – Red Light flashing before end of cyc

As you may be aware diagnostic information is not given out to the general public.
The flashing code described can indicate two things,
    (A) that power has been interrupted to appliance, this is simply that you do not know how to acess the procedure correctly or are doing it wrongly
    (B) water has not drained completely, this can be due to a blocked pump impellor, hose etc.
Appliance runs pump for a few seconds at start of every programme to reset water level, if at this stage electronics do not recognize a change it shows a fault code. The vacuum switch you refer to is a delicate digital device which tend to be damaged by someone blowing into them.

A3 means it didn’t heat properly.
A5 means water didn’t fill in time.

    Re: amica 7kg 1200 spin

PCB likely faulty, they tend to send motor into full spin too early.
