REMEMBER, NEFF IS MANUFACTURED TO EUROPE SUPPLY VOLTAGE, DO ONE SIMPLE TEST ON THE CONSUMERS SUPPLY BEFORE TYRING TO FIT ANOTHER ELEMENT. 💡

If you have not pulled the appliance out, do this and make sure the mains plug is not melted to the back of appliance, also check for doggy mains socket as when the appliance starts to heat and draws current, will intermitantly switch off!

Hi Dave, the part number on the box is 816290672, the thermistor inside the door, is it normaly closed or open, this one is open, the one near the heater is closed.. Any reason why on normal operation nothing happens, ie pump, there is no supply to the pump 😳

Well trust me there are parts fitters out there, does not have to be indesit-merloni. Know about BSH part fitter engineers. There are people who want to get in and get out, be at home by 2pm.

Well, i suggest you check the plastic housing the module if the small plastics which pushes the micro-switch on the module are not broken. just a thought before replacing the module.

I hope you dont start kicking yourself if the heater is open circuit, remember if the machine does fills with hot water, this will give a false sense and the module will not throw a fault as it will sense some heat initially. ❓
