Water ingress into foam stops fan. Cover is modified comes complete with fan assy. Does not explain freezer fault though.

Sounds like a faulty detergent dispenser solenoid if the plates are getting washed. Shop@ could help with this. Power off if you are going to look yourself.

is there frost behind the water tank on the panel? Sounds like evaporator cover to me if it is.

ah simple. 263185 water regulator diaphraghm not operating microswitch. Will stop filling if manually activated. £16.88 delivered from BSH :D. Am having a good day so far. Also sold/fitted whirlpool doorboot i have had in stock for 6 yrs.
