Should turn anticlockwise. If there is so much debris in there the complete pump assembly has to be stripped or the filter bung forced and broken and then replaced. Machine will have to be fully empty to do this. lower waste hose into bucket to gravity drain water. Unplug power before doing so. Otherwise try Repairs@ for an engineer.

Slow empty could cause weighty clothes with water to act as force that could cause the drum to move excessively. Drain then spin.
Also if the three spoke shaft in side the drum bolted to the back of the moving inner drum is cracked then the drum will revolve off balance. like a car alloy wheel with broken spokes. The door porthole where the clothes go to check movement.Regards

The oven will need looking at first to confirm top cooling fan not running. Remove power from oven if you are going to look yourself.

Conitinuity between 2 pins. 3 circuits in total. Fuse =New motor unfortunately. Recheck brush fitting.

Pay close attention to the drum and push down in three places around circumference. Does it move closer / away to doorseal. If so the shaft has fractured.

It is possible that the armature protection fuse has gone in the motor. A meter will tell all. Power off if you are going to have a look yourself.
