    Re: Stair trolley/truck

I tried one, paid getting on for £180 10 years ago, went down one set of stairs too quickly for me 😯
Got rid, agree very heavy and cumbersome, prefer the pneumatic tyres with not too much air in.

Book yourself a last minute somewhere warm and give the body a chance to heal.
Knee’s with me at the minute but hoping warmer weather will soon be here which should help.

I had muscle spasms in the back straight after Christmas, took three weeks to clear. All I did was slip off a 4″ kerb in the snow and jarred ny back, filled myself up with painkillers and struggled on+.

    Re: Football season 09/10

Just mentioning the sad loss of Keith Alexandra, left my club (Lincoln City) a few years ago but as a person was regarded as one of the nicest people you could ever with to meet.
Managed City out of Administration with a hotch potch of non league players who took the club into the play offs in 5 consecutive years, not something Alex,Rafa etc would fancy yet his efforts went unnoticed to the majority of the footballing world.
Such was his love of the game that when in the twilight of his professional career (did play in what is now the Championship) playing with Barnett in the conference he also turned out free Gratia’s for a village team on Sundays.
Was the Macclesfield manager in the last few years.
    Top man sadly missed.

First put them in a room for a few days with a dehumidifier then in the workshop you could connect up without earth and run for 10 minutes, then check insulation. You can connect a meter to monitor the voltage leak to earth,it will drop as the heater dries out although not all will respond favourably.
Sometimes the voltage goes up before it starts to drop.
Doubt you will get them back to as new/infinity etc though but some will recover.

I’m not cracking anymore yokes on this subject.there is more than a grain of truth that items which were scrambled elswhere to avoid copies have been poached and served up as organic.
Anymore and you’ll be in front of the beak.
