    Yup, it’s an induction domino.

So could well be as easy as incorrect pans πŸ˜€

I would think the base of the m/c is flooded due to an internal leak somewhere.

This leak could be from anywhere, some are obvious some are not.

Power off please if having a look :zap:

If the air sensor is what senses the water level, what’s the purpose of the red float chamber and s/w right next to it?

That is the overfill float. If the pressure s/w goes west then water will raise the float and bring the pump in.

There is your answer, blue rod operates the pressure s/w.

If sump hose is clear, then possibly the chamber below the s/w is gunged up.

Power off please if having a look.

I’d be checking for an o/c thermal fuse.

Is there power to the elements ?.

Has the new pcb been coded?.

When you say overfilling fault, do you mean the base was flooded ❓

You would need a meter that reads capacitance to test it.

Does it look black or smell of electrical burning? if not it’s probably ok.

The m/c will work without it, but will interfere with tv and radio etc.

Re: OVEN IS DEAD – NEFF B1641

No quick fix, no internal fuses and TOC would not kill the oven dead.

I’m with Helo, call an expert.

As always, no live testing. Power off if bodging :zap:
