    Have had problem in the past with dispenser actuator blowing modules in the past.

    Doesn’t show earth fault on megger, but when actuator changed, no more blown modules 😆

    Sounds like you have a flooded base due to internal leak.

    Engineer time I think. 😉

    Only 18 months old.

    You do know the m/c comes with a 2 year guarantee from BSH, which is now void!!!

    Depends where it’s leaking from.
    Most jobs just work in the small space. Before stripping it down just make sure bottom spray arm is fastened together properly.

    Other favourites for leaks are the heater and motor seal.

    Sounds like a frozen evapoator to me.

    Possibly an o/c heater.

    Best call an engineer.

    On your overfill “mushroom” how big are the cutouts on it?.
    If they are about 3-5mm high, then there is modification kit available for the m/c.
