When you say the power board, do you mean the small board where the mains lead comes in? If it is I have checked them, and I also checked the switch holder, any other thoughts??.

I spoke to someone at Masterpart yesterday chasing an order that was placed last Friday. They said they are hoping that management will see sense soon, as everyday they are dealing with constant complaints about late deliveries and parcels going missing.
We’ll see what happens!

Alot of the magnetrons that came from AWI were available from Connect. If you put the AWI part number in connections it would be recognised and arrived in AWI packaging.

Re: masterpart deliveries on go slow

I’m pulling my hair out with Masterpart. Parts arriving without being ordered.Then getting a credit without having the carriage charge credited. Still having real problems getting my deliveries, despite an e-mail to Masterpart authorising that parcels can be left. I did have an order sent to my mums address the other week, and HDN left by the front door step, and this is on a busy road.Yet they won’t leave a parcel at the office which is in the middle of nowhere. :bang: .

Well, we had a connect order arrive today, delivered by DPD. At least the driver had the common sense to leave the parcel in a safe place as I wasn’t there to sign for it.

We still have DHL delivering, not sure how long it will last though.DPD used to deliver for masterpart , and we never really had a problem with them. unlike the Home delivery network.

They have also changed the computer system so no record of orders available on line for the forseable future.

That would explain why when I ordered a fridge pcb and w/m valve, a hoover tumble dryer heater turned up at 5.15 today 😕 [/list]

When I spoke to Masterpart, they did say that they were in the process of constructing some sort of document for us to sign so it will allow HDN to leave parcels, but who knows how long this will take.
