Have you checked the wires to the heater? They can break on the right side where the wires go from the machine to the tub. They can break very neatly so don’t just visually check them physically check as well.
Power off. Unplug machine as always.

Check that the dispenser carriage isn’t leaking at the back of it. The water then drips into the motor. Then the module goes for one.

This machine is the full stainless steel machine. so if you want your appliances to match, and an equivalent styled machine is that much money, the board is probably worth a go. It still could be just the wires on the board that have overheated, a very common fault which doesn’t always need the board to be changed.

Homespare do Sole brushes. Part no.9861 might be the ones.
I’m sure i’ve used the carbon brushes out of ceset type and soldered it into the original holders? could be wrong though!!!

Up until last week my findings were 9/10 its the timer/selector. but the two i had last week were the modules.

All registrations can now be done online, have you not had the Excel or PDf file that allows you to fill in the details and then e-mail them back to ISE HQ?

Working on the negative….if the delivery is scheduled for tomorrow what’s the protocol for changing delivery? or if you miss a delivery?
Would that incur being shot at dawn? 🙁

Cheers for that. I wouldn’t normally be too concerned which day but I am having to take my Dad to the hospital tomorrow.
If you give me the delivery companies phone number I can sort it myself.

I think this is the critical part of Fases fault;
then it would start to fill when got to the level would not stop checked pressure system nothing blocking it . then you could here the pump try to kick in.
Therefore if Fases explanation of fault is correct I would assume it has nothing to do with valves or blockages.
