    Re: Parts prices

    1) qualtex and connect equal amounts. Price mainly or one of them stocks the dearest part I need for that order.
    2) only use the two above.
    3) price and availability, did use to be qualtexs’ 5pm cut off was the deal breaker.
    4) 2 orders a week.
    5) account qualtex / pay as I go connect.

    Re: Online Pricing

My first point was that if they can offer free shipping to the general public why not to the Trade. I don’t have that tick option on my account.

Second point, It would be good to see the WTA openly telling suppliers what their members think / feel. Strength in numbers and all that…

Normally the front drum seal on these. You can get a cloth in the gap, turn the drum a few times and that will prove the point. Spend a bit of time doing that as changing the seal is no 5 minute job.

Forgot to mention Qualtex also known as ‘4 your Home’, I’m getting pretty good at peeling off their stickers, why would Trade customers want to advertise a spares company by leaving a sticker on the box or bag they leave in the customers house, just a part number please Qualtex if you are reading this.

Nice to know we, as in ‘the trade’, are assisting to pay for all this through the increased delivery charges (unless you now spend over £100).

LM Electrical do the normal Bosch door seal @ £8.15 delivered free of charge through Royal Mail. My trade price(Qualtex, including VAT) is £7.40. My only option is paying for a courier to deliver it.

Crazy, surely something for the WTA to get their teeth into?

I’ve got one of the room heaters, what a waste of money.
My convection heater with a turbo fan is much more effective & efficient.

    This is a wind up?
The water left in your hose is heated by the sun and the suds are created by that warmth and a bit of detergent left in your bucket.

Normally just push locks into the bezel. So I would imagine its the bezel that’s cracked.

I fixed a similar model a few months back by drilling to small holes and put a ty wrap from the front thorough the bezel and around the black bit.

Excellent. Will hope they get some more stock soon. Don’t want to spend £35 on the genuine version.
    Thanks.

If you choose Gary Linekar, can you shave his beard off at the same time?

Normally a fault on the dryer element. You need to insulation test it. Power off. Machine unplugged of course!!
