The motor should slide / lift out. You then fit the small belt with the motor out.
(That’s assuming you have removed the rear fan.)

The version I heard was the child got in itself but she held the door momentarily closed whilst she took a photo.

There has been talk of the motor causing this fault. (check motor brushes if fitted)

I assume you did, because you are extremely clever, pull the red emergency door release? Also the lower white plastic front will come off to gain access upwards, inwards or even upside downwards…

Nothing new, as discussed numerous times, its how long the sealed drums are designed to last that matters. Oh, plus the fact that the manufacturers charge £100+ for a tub alone.
