    Thanks for that.

Does the display board have to be programmed? or is it plug n play?

Connect are saying its unprogrammed! Or is this just a red herring?

    Ta.

Rang them and they pointed out that they only deliver to the Andover area.

I’ve just had a speedy e-mail response from them and its only a £15 delivery charge on orders over £200. And I’m in Bedfordshire.

They didn’t state how much if I only ordered the £179 Amica.

Re: ISE 10 F3 check this!

    Excellent info.

That bulletin is from 2000 so why would the ISE10 be fitted without the ‘o’ ring?

Remedy 2 is to change the pump complete so you would imagine this means all new pumps / machines after 2000 should have the ‘o’ ring fitted?

    Well done!

F12 is a flooded base code.

    Re: ISE10 & CI555WH

I have had that fault with an ISE10, its on here somewhere.

My one was due to oils in the towels softening / distorting the sump hose slightly. The ball wasn’t being held tight enough.

Removed eco ball as a better sump hose isn’t available.

This was 6 months ago and no call-back. Touch wood!

The rolling eyes suggest you haven’t had much response?
I know personally, that of late I have had enough friends & family needing to be sponsored for various events.

So don’t take it personally if I don’t sponsor Joanne Hefford.

Did you check for broken wires where the door levers?

Take the door off as you would have done when you changed the timer.

Look at the loom. Bend it a bit as the wires can look ok.

Lee I enjoy your stance on things, and enjoy your posts.

But could you tell me your secret in completing 2 jobs an hour. The jobs must be next door to each other and only need the filter unblocking?

I completed 33 calls this week. With booking the calls, doing the jobs, dumping old machines, banking, travelling, ordering…etc I didn’t have time to wipe my own….

And two jobs an hour isn’t the ‘large part’ of your business?

Do you wear a red cape? 😆 🙂

    Re: Interlock; Hotpoint WD420

Do check the motor connections as well. Theres a distinct possibilty this is where your problem was all along. When you changed the module originally you probably disturbed the connector thus making it work for a while.

Do make sure to unplug the machine from the mains of course!

P.s. If i may, getting an engineer out originally could have saved you money & time.

Has anyone disconnected the module wiring?

Reversing the two wires that go to the very right hand connector, as you look at the machine, can give you this symptom.

    Re: ISE10

    Thanks Bryan.

You don’t have one in stock do you?

How much does it cost ISE to deliver it to me?

I think the customer would at least have to pay that wouldn’t they?!?
Just on the inconvenience side of things.
