You have a high temperature alarm ( 4 beeps ) and red alarm light, also flashing set temperature block flashing indicates fridge is also not cold enough.
Remove freezer drawers and check you have no frost or ice on the rear panel, if so a full defrost will be required, food out and turned off for several days with freezer door open.
Other than that, no other options than an Engineers visit.

    Hi Push,
There is no air sensor attached to the rear panel, there is a fixing for one but the panel is generic for use in models with a sensor.
The ice build up can not be just removed by scraping it off the rear panel.
There is a cooling coil behind that will need defrosting completely and the drainage hole checking for any blockage.

The kits 9590206 allow the cutting off of the sensor head and connecting the existing cable connected to the board by means of crimps and an insulated box, all supplied in the kit, the fridge evap sensor will need connecting to the rear of the PCB.

    Hi B,
OK on that index, you have 4 sensors, 2 in each compartment. The super freeze function is time controlled ( 65 hours ) permanent on and sets the freezer to -38c.
It may be your evaporator sensor not allowing the solenoid valve to open and provide cooling to the fridge, it could also be a faulty solenoid valve not opening.
The air sensor is in the cover located on the left hand wall of the fridge, and as stated the evaporator sensor is foamed into the rear wall at the same level of the air sensor in the cover.
The sensors are compatable with your unit, freezer air, freezer evaporator, fridge air are 9590206. The fridge evaporator sensor is the 9590084 which comes with a new cover for the evaporator sensor and the original or new air sensor.
The solenoid valve if faulty, can only be checked in service mode by listening for an audible click, no electrical tests can be performed on it, and if failed will require an Engineer to replace and re gas the system.
Changing the fridge evaporator sensor will require access to the main pc board at the rear of the unit to the right of the compressor, not an easy job for a non qualified person.

    Hi,
There are 3 sensors on that unit, 2 in the fridge and 1 in the freezer.
The evaporator sensor is foamed in, and is the sensor that will bring on the compressor and opens the solenoid valve to supply refrigerant to the fridge section.
The air sensor in the fridge will turn off the solenoid valve once temperature has been achieved.
Freezer is constantly fed with refrigerant, when the compressor is running.
Repair kit 9590084 is required for the fridge evaporator and repair kit 9590206 for the remaining 2 sensors.
These are Liebherr part numbers for the Liebherr equivalent model ( CN 3933 )
You have not given your index number, so I guessed at 164-20 but I would need this number to confirm the information I have provided is correct.
    Regards,
    Tony.

Putting the compressor model number on here might give us a better idea of the relay in question, but there are universal relays available from Supco their PO230 will fit compressors from 1/12 to 1/2 horse power, push on no overload and one terminal for the neutral supply.

If the thermal fuse has blown, then there must be an issue with the defrost cycle termination temperature, never had a fuse blow without other issues present.

The residue is flux from when the joint was soldered, not an issue or reason for any faults.

    Hi Pete,
Door has to be open by more than 2 mm to activate door open alarm, 3 beeps. Going back through the threads I can only suspect the evaporator sensor in the fridge, this is the ONLY sensor that activates the control board to fire up the compressor, there is no actual control of the freezer, the temperature of the freezer is controlled by the fridge sensors, red air sensor, turns the unit compressor OFF, fridge evaporator brings the compressor back ON, once the fridge rear wall has defrosted, evaporator sensor in freezer coil ends the defrost and brings the fan back ON when refrozen. You say the compressor was warm to cold to touch which tells me it is not struggling to start when required, so something is keeping it OFF, which leads me to the fridge evaporator sensor, I assume you fitted a genuine Liebherr part.

Remove the covers on the display at both ends by prising them off, using a flat head screwdriver, the control board is held in place by some plastic clips again with a flat head screw driver ease the clips to the side and draw out the control board.

You have to remember the buzzer is also your high temperature alarm in the event the freezer is not freezing correctly, so you would have no audible alarm to alert you.

Without knowing why your fridge is not cooling and why the freezer high temperature alarm sounds, just replacing one of the four sensors is unlikely to fix your issue, I still believe your issue is as mentioned in my previous comment.
The main sensor in the fridge that opens the valve and brings the compressor on, if not already running for the freezer is the evaporator sensor, which is not a 9590206 and is foamed in, a kit is supplied, but as I mentioned it is not easy to replace with out training.

I understand what you are saying, the doors have to be ajar by more than 2mm for the alarm to operate, the buzzer is soldered in such a way on the circuit board it is not easy to unsolder and remove, possibly damaging the board in the process.

Sorry still need the index number as it is important in identifying the year of production
