If this is the big industrial type check thermal fuse located on heater assy.
Pull down lower flap at front and should be there.

Hi Mick
Yes, they are very obvious, about 3″ long. Just get customer to poke head in drum and have a look for you.

Hi Mick
Have had similar problem with Beko condensor drier. Not sure if same model but think that there is a known issue with the drum paddle design. Is it the drier with the ‘sensing strips along the front just on the inside of the door ? If so the paddles would push clothes towards back of drum and away from sensing strips, hence it thinks garments are dry and stops, but infact they are still damp!!!
There is a thread on here somewhere about it.
Hope this helps

Have to say, its not too bad once you know were sensor is buried, approx 100mm down and about 50mm in from top left corner, Dont bother threading loom through, youll be there all day. Cut off duff sensor, solder and cover wires with heat shrink.

ParticipantRe: Servis Diswasher No Heat
Hi Subs
if its anything like the Hotpoint BF50 with the re setable stat, is the heater badly scaled up or the circ pump not running at full speed.
It sounds like its not getting shot of the heat quick enough. ask the customer if there is lots of foam in the tub when she is using it (foam not a good conductor of heat)
hope this helps

I have to say I have had this qualification for a few years now. It paid dividends when a customer took me to court for leaky dishwasher and flooding kitchen (failed to mention that the kitchen fitters had a dabble with the plumbing a week before and that the dishwasher I repaired was ok).
It was nice to be able to prove my Level of competance in a court of law and that I was not at fault.
Worth it’s weight in gold, so come on guys, worth making the effort for.
