What’s so annoying about that?
No 20: Customer hiding its fag behind and wafting the smoke whilst talking

Trying to think if this was me or not? Let me think….I have done some crazy challenges but not that crazy to remove the drum assembly for the stake of door seal so I shall discount that it was not me.

Local advertisers are good especially the monthly ones that goes through the door. Stay put for few years and then you get referrals from previous customers. It’s slow burn then once you are known to many people it’ll take off.
People will always wants free call out so you need to decide the area if it’s right for you.
Between Easter and Summer holidays are the quietest.

I would love to get hold of some of that, far less messy than the above alternatives.
Caravan awning PTFE lube spray seems to do the trick if all else fails but you need to use latex gloves for this otherwise your hands will feel oily all day (I have not tried the new Hotpoint models yet), unsure how it would affect the clothing, I would imagine it would washes off with detergent. It washes off on the caravan awning in the rain.
The Hoover seems to come ready oiled, Hotpoint is very rubbery requires lube especially pattern parts and so does Beko, Bosch, Siemens and Zanussi.

Kind to your hands and keeping it soft for longer.

My missus knows about the lube in my toolbox. I just peel off the plastic so my customers don’t know what it is.

Thanks, I already know of Bryan. To be honest it’s quite costly to attend such training courses. This was why I was apprehensive about it and looked for other way.
Such courses come at a cost of £1,000 plus. How do I know it’s good value?
I often get calls for fridge freezer needing attention.
I will contact the two men and see what they can do.

I can’t remember what time the conference is meant to start. Each time I arrive there, often I have 5 mins to spare to catch my breath and gulp coffee. I’d like to have more time to breath and sip coffee this time round.

DAD sells a small selection of Siemens and a good selection of Neff. It’s hard going to find a supplier that supplies Siemens. There are quite a handful of customers on my patch would love to be able to own Siemens or Neff. There is certain amount of snobbery going on as I can’t flog Bosch appliance to replace their Neff or Siemens not even the higher spec Bosch.
Few years ago I was able to get hold of Siemens but nowadays it’s harder to source it as a trade.
