    Most likely drum bearings and spider need replacing.

    Rear back plate held on by clamp band , spider not shown as spare part on diagram ,complete inner drum only. Part no SER 720090100
    SRP £129.92 on connections

    Access through back of machine.

    Is the drain pump running , if not then it may be you need a new pump.
    Set machine to spin and you should hear the pump running.

    I think the difference between 30ER and 31ER is the 31 ER has pilot light switch and the 30ER hasn’t.

    Spoke to GB DAR this morning they are still sending out jobs and are working with Antonio Merloni , and because agents contracts are with them (GB DAR) all invoices will be paid and parts supplied. According to them everything stays the same.

    I had this problem not long ago. Changed motor still no go , then found on fan duct at the back there is a thermal fuse and a thermostat with 4 connections the motor feeds through middle part of this stat . Changed both and machine has been working Ok for 4 weeks now , in a nursing home , so gets a lot of use.

    Part no should be 481925228095 thermal fuse
    Part no 481928248311 thermostat

    This machine has the Janus module part no 546089200 . So has to be reprogramed with the Janus hand held unit, if you replace the display unit.

    Look along the top edge of the door on the stainless steel , all info is etched onto it. You may need to wipe it to read the info.

    The end of stat should push through a hole on opposite side of heater box.
