If its a clock then by pass the relay and if its the mechanical timer then by pass that switch if the customer does not use the clock or auto timer function.

Hi
A plumber will not be able to fit a compressor as it will need a vac pump brazing/lockrings,drier and refrigerant. Dependant on where you live depends the labour and experience of the engineer.

Not sure about the ventilation theory TBH
.
Modern hobs require ventilation to protect the boards from over heating and cutting out is a typical symptom of overheating. If it’s fitted without the correct distances it will cut out more often where there is also a built in oven also being used.
Gone are the days of regulators now its fully electronic.

Would it help if I told you it was purchased in June 2008.
Looking at your numbers, it seems to be a date between the PNC and model number.
possibly a date of introduction?So a logical assumption would make it the first model?
I suspect the timer replacement is simply a matter of opening the case, and unplugging old module and replacing? if that is the case, might be worth getting hold of a timer?Thanks

If it does not cure it then it’s time to have an experienced engineer in as all the advise given can only go so far without actually testing components and being in front of the appliance.

That channel at the bottom right of the freezer should be clear. defrost the whole of the fridge freezer and leave off for 48 hrs and leave the doors open then restart as normal.
