KeymasterRe: Creda Double Oven
hi,
I am trying to find a user guide for my Creda Double Oven Cooker. It’s around 10 years old and there is no Model No at all writen on it. I am not confident in using the main double oven and the top oven as it requires the use of timer.
I would be grateful if you could help me with either finding the manual or giving me simpl instructions on how to use it.
Thanks in advance.

KeymasterRe: Bosch not taking in enough water
Hi,
can’t see any numbers engraved on door.
There is a small white label on top edge of tub:
Robert Bosch Hausgerate GMBH 220-240 V ~50Hz 13A Typ S6R28b Made in Germany
E-NR SMI2022GB/03 FD 7002 077229
SMI2022 0730 303 563 0.2 kW total 2.5-2.9 kw 2.3-2.7 kw
Can’t place the instruction manual at the minute. The machine was in the house when we moved in about 11 years ago.
Thanks.

Cheers,
Where do I buy kitchen suitable silicone from – will b&q or Wilkinsons be likely to have it, or is it more specialised?
Thanks,

Keymasterany of you boys back from work yet?
I’ve spent the best art of today going through your info on the diplomat E2 faults. Is the hole on the Lhs of the sump the one that goes to the side fill chamber that seems to give most of the trouble?April 8, 2005 at 5:17 pm in reply to: Philips fridge/freezer – worth replacing seal? or gluing? #131029admin
KeymasterRe: Philips fridge/freezer – worth replacing seal? or gluin
Yeah, my natural laziness is favouring the ‘limp along’ policy π If I glue the loose bit of the seal back in place, that’s not going to make matters any worse?

KeymasterRe: Firenzi FIDW41 Not filling
Cheers Lotusray… I dont suppose anyone knows where the pressure-switch is on a FIDW41? I’ve had a good shwish around and checked blocked pipes etc, but not found anything obvious.
I’m suspecting the switch rather than than chamber, but only because I dont know what a dishwasher pressure chamber is (and i’ve checked pipes/cavities)..

Fair enough…thanks for the info. Cheek from the seller, selling me a 20-year old fridge πΏ At 20 years old, I guess it might well have been like that for a while – any reason not to keep using it for the moment? Or are the generic seals you can get (called ‘universal seals’ I think) any good?
btw, as it probably will want replacing b4 another 20 years have passed, if anyone knows of a good cheap model of fridge freezer to fit under a kitchen worktop then that would be handy for future reference…
Cheers,
Jon

Youβre a hard man to please if one fault, on one component, on one appliance can lead you to loose respect for a huge company. π
Why not loose just a little respect and then save some for later?
:martin:If it were only my board I’d agree with you – unfortunately these forums and online review sites are rife with this fault.
But you are right, they are large company, and I should pace myself on losing respect for them. :clown:

KeymasterRe: Philips fridge/freezer – worth replacing seal? or gluin
Thanks for the info.
The only numbers I could find on the label inside are the model – ARB 432/PH – and another number – N15010 TR 85481816. Don’t know if that’s any help. It also says ‘made in Italy’.
I bought it off the previous owner of my house, so don’t know where it was bought.
Something else I noticed makes me more reluctant to spend much on a new seal – there’s a small crack in the bottom of the inside of the freezer. Given that it seems to work OK, is there any reason not to just glue the seal shut and keep on using it as is? Or any better suggestions?
Will probably need replacing eventually, but reluctant to splash out on a new one right now – unless anyone know of a nice under-worktop fridge-freezer selling for around Β£50 π
Cheers,
Jon

KeymasterRe: diplomat oven element and fan
Yes my element went too – i think they are prone.
However, my front door has shattered too now so I am having a complete new diplomat installed. The old one has a new element in it that cost me Β£90+ my model is ADP3101 and if the 2 elements are the same we could do a deal, though not instantly, when my new one arrives.
