On my machine, a couple of times, the machine has stopped half way through a cycle, with water still in the drum. On opening the circular opening at the bottom right hand side of the machine, I have found that the plastic fan type thing has come away from what I presume is the pump. After pushing back on (the second time pushing harder) the problem seems to have stopped

Unfortunately having a Hotpoint Graphite Washing machine and Fridgefreezer the reasonable thing would be to buy a Hotpoint Graphite Dishwasher Hotpoint FDW60G is the one we were looking at as it has time delay and we have Economy 7 still. But Misses rather have a diswhwasher with time delay that won’t break down too much. Even being different colour. Your opinion in any Hotpoint Graphite series would be appreciated.

ive got one that looks very simular to the one you need dave,the diamentions are 45mm across the centre of the terminals,180mm diamiter.3 turn,backer 2500w,if this willdoletme knowandi’ll send it down to you.

Can u recommend a dishwasher for £300 or thereabouts. There seems so many about these days. The misses always had a Hotpoint before! She likes the 5 year guarantee. Obviously will not be buying another for a few years after this.
PS it has to be Graphite to match her Fridgefreezer and washing machine.

hi, yeah on 1.pre-rinse works fine cold rinse no cuts out i,ve seen how much a heater for this model would cost about the same plus the rubber seal does not look too good & hinges are rusted etc I,m throwing it out
Going for a Hotpoint dishwasher ivory colour the reason cause they do five year parts on it cause it helped when our washing machine WMA62 went down a new drum,new machine really.Thx for the advice just to see which way go.

I was interested to see this correspondence – the door brackets fell off my Tricity Bendix oven last night! It’s a different model (BS612/2B), but presumably it’s a matter of a new door or some glue as you said previously. Any idea how much a new door would be, and where I can get it? (It’s brown).
