I would normally go for Motor Brushes, Heater, Pressure switch, Board, in that order, but i think on this model the heater comes in at a later stage. Nevertheless, have you meggered the heater for earth leakage? otherwise i’d be looking at the pressure switch, or as Martin has said, continuity problems with the motor cable.

You may no doubt find that this will happen again and if there is no visable fault then in all likelyhood the fan will have a lessened grip on the motor shaft and will need attending to (replacing). Do not use an adhesive to bond it in place as that is the job of the tension ring.. if you do and it later needs replacing because of breakage then it will cause you further problems.

If you are a recycler/refurbisher and pay for a T11 then in theory you should be able to access the software by law.. However, that is an expensive do at £1850 for the T11.

I had a similar problem a month or so ago, albeit with a different model.. nevertherless, the issue was very similar and just as intermittant… The problem turned-out to be a partial blockage in the pressure switch/pressure switch tube.

That depends on the cooker you are talking about and the rareness of the parts as to whether anyone would be interested.

Check the wiring continuity to the timer and obviously the timer connections throughput.. one wire forward .. one wire reverse.. one wire common.

Is this all the time that nothing is switched on?

janemanning wrote:When either oven switched on orange light goes out when oven up to temp. Red light only on when oven is on ?

Does the orange light then come back on when the temp drops?

The red light will be showing power to the oven and the orange light will show a raise and drop to set temperature or power to the element.

I am not versed with this particular cooker, but this sounds normal
