As above, but also use a rust killer before painting

ParticipantRe: De Dietrich Pyrolitic Oven – Problems
If the fan is noisy it may be worn and therefore running at a decreased speed causing severe reduction in airflow, hence, inefficiency in cooling.. The reduced airflow will cause the fan to stay on much longer…
Likewise, as Lee8 has said.. some sort of inline sensor is at fault.. but still, change that fan.

ParticipantRe: Beko 5422x – Overheating
Take the thermostat out and test it with some heat and a multimeter.. the thermostat is only really a resetting cut-out which uses a phial and if it is working properly it will cut the power to the element, either neutral or live, and in that case the element cannot work unless you have a wiring fault/short

When you say there is current present at the wires supplying the element, how are you measuring this?

ParticipantRe: De Dietrich Pyrolitic Oven – Problems
Firstly.. Ovens do not work at an exact temperature, they work within a 10{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} margin of the set temperature.. ie. set for 200 degs will give an operating temperature between 180 – 220.
Pyro works using all the elements of the oven… if one is defective or weak, then that can dramatically reduce the pyro working temperature.
Third… The fan you hear is a cavity cooling fan and the hotter the oven the longer it will stay on.. The fan is there to protect you, your kitchen appliance wiring and clocks, and your kitchen units; DO NOT TURN IT OFF. If it is noisy then it is worn, have it replaced.

The thermostat operates by cutting the power… if the thermostat is new and working then the only think possible is that you have the cooker wiring incorrect

ParticipantRe: Dishwasher runs on too long.
Sounds like you need an engineer out to this one to test some of the components.. Try using Find An Engineer

How are you testing the plate insulation?
The breakdown could be cumulative when hot

ParticipantRe: Kenwood CKB200
Check the feed at source, the terminal block, the cable… If none of those, it is likely a failing capacitor on the timer

ParticipantRe: Ovens coming on unrequested!
I would suggest a wiring / selector issue rather than thermostat

Have you considered checking the board for burns or dry joints around the relays?
