    Unfortunately Jim I had the same thought… I bought a magnetic lock for one of the AQ range and when I received it it was different from the one on the machine… when I rung up I found out that there are two of them and they are serial number dependent .. and non-returnable either

    Qualtex are usually quite good and quite conscience orientated when selling goods of a part nature or a finised goods nature.. personally, I would say go for it

    Gosh.. why strip down a motor that is working… blow out the dust.. give the com a clean.. fit new brushes and you’ll be firing like a 46yr old acting like a 20yr old

    Got a Beko WMA150w with the same fault… just changed the tacho on the motor and it is now fine.

    I am told that if is a note with the queens head on it it is legal tender and shops are not allowed to refuse usage as payment
