    Pull the knob off and make sure it isn’t cracked and on in the wrong position

    With mine I suggested getting Miele out as I wasn’t happy fitting a new expensive seal without knowing the cause. Was hoping she would let me know the outcome.

    I had a similar one where the nodule on the seal ended getting ripped off. Never did get to the bottom of it, like you said it’s a strange one

    Not certain on that model no. Normally a couple screws at the back and you can lift slightly.
    The control panel may have to come off to remove it completely

    On some the stat clips in to the selector switch. Would lift hob off and look, not too bad a job notmally

    It’s a heat pump machine. Heater is an integral part of the was motor. Have replaced a few

    Part no I fitted was 2827682081. Connect have done a pne check with Beko and they say it’s correct part.

    Grinding it back to the correct angle will cause a funny noise until they bed in. Always fit the correct ones
