    I’m not sure if it is the correct model but some have a screw behind the filter flap near the bottom and 2 at the top(at each corner then the front panel slides up about half an inch and lifts off.

    Have you completely disconnected the oven before testing?
    Leaving it wired in(even if switched off at the wall) can give you false readings like dead shorts from neutral to earth.

    The easiest way is to unplug bits one at a time until the reading increases.

    I would start with the motor and then the heater. 99{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} chance it’s one of these.

    In my opinion he’s all mouth at a distance. I doubt very much if he would turn up at a meeting….
