    Re: Howdens hja8703 Dryer problem

I’ve got one doing the same.

I have now replaced NTC, resettable stats, Fan, Fan housing and fan motor and the bloody thing is still tripping.

kindling and petrol is the next step..

    Hi,

The part number for the buttons come back as “timer buttons black”. The ones on the appliance are silver. Is the part number for the fascia black as well as the description just says fascia panel?

Check that the plug hasn’t come off the lock as they have a habit of coming adrift.

Which areas are you struggling with? If it is areas surrounding mine then I may be able to help and extend my area.

To split this tub you need to cut off the clips and then screw it back together. If I remember right when you order a new seal you get the extra screws with it.

Just had the same problem today. It seems they have changed the motor to a CESET and you cannot get carbons for the old Welling type.

I found that Connects CBN9208 inners will fit in the old holders and work.

Re: help needed with diplomat 8703 washer/dryer

That appliance is made by Hoover/Candy. It has 2 resettable stats on the dryer casing but they are prone to nuisance tripping. There was a modification to replace the thermostats with higher temperature ones and also replace the NTC to prevent this reoccurring.

Re: Standard Terms & Conditions Of Sale

    Hi Jackal,

Do you have to leave the whole T&C’s with the tenant/customer or can you just leave the part which relates to them? I ask this because the T&C’s run to approx 11 pages but the part about the customer being liable would fit on the rear of the invoice.

    Thanks, Bazza

Dave, at 20{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} off retail you haven’t got a hope to be honest. Most trade members on here will be getting much more than that.

I’m not for opening a debate on it. I say publish the new constitution and I doubt anyone will pick up on it. As Jackal says we are tightening the loophole of Associate membership anyway.

Re: Daewoo FRSU20DCB not making ice

This can also be a symptom of a faulty fan. If the fan is not running the cold air is not circulating, therefore the freezer thinks it’s not cold enough and keeps the compressor running causing frost build up.
