    Re: Creda Storage Heater

I repair storage heaters regularly and Penguin is right it is a thermal fuse. The different part numbers are because they are rated at different temperatures.
You must fit the right one.

The most common cause of failure is blocking the vents with clothing but they do sometimes “just go”. For all the price of them I would fit a replacement and see how it goes. If it goes again them replace the input stat.

I`ve had this quite a few times and although the first thing I tried was the motor, it has always been the pcb.

    might? That`s comforting 😯

The petition is for the RNLI to pay NOTHING and that`s the way it should be.

The /1 comes up on my SIOS disk but the part numbers are the same as you got. Could it be a packing error.

    The……./1 service no. is 852742015100

yeh the old ones are obsolete, this is the message…

This part was originally the old version but this part is now obsolete and indesit are suppling this new kit with the new pump float pump/float cover & Float pin you will need to retain the original float switch & Hose.

    Hello, Helo.. 😀

The part no. Chris gave and the picture you link to are the same thing.

Chris`s part no. converts to C00260640 in the new Merloni numbers.
