Is it a case of taking the tank off to remove the heat pump as i cant see how im going to remove those parts from the side??

Brilliant, don’t normally post in the public forums but well done for repairing this, I’ve got one of these myself, the display has gone and I’ve never even thought of repairing it!.
I guess most people would either not bother about it or chuck it in the bin and get a new one, let’s try to end the cycle of mindless consumerism and throwing things away when we’ve seen enough of them!

Hi Dave,
Thanks for replying, yes i checked the wiring to the reed switch and it seemed ok.The dishwasher does fill normally and then after about 30 seconds of washing it takes on more water and overfills.

I’ve got lucky not so long ago searching for a obsolete Zanussi knob parts by ringing some of the Service Force centres as they carry their own stock.

Only when a program is selected and the door is shut, then after 40 seconds the drain / inlet light comes on

Thanks for replying Dave, yes i have checked the float switch and tried disconnecting it, still the same, 🙁
