Check, the sensor found in the air duct, If you open the door and look down you will see the sensor. Often it gets caked in lint and wont register correctly.

Hi ask for the damper for the GC2225GEKB instead. The manual doesnt show the later damper on your model, Ive not got the part number to hand and its been a long day so cant remember it, but the later damper is the one with the timer on the top rather than the side, made by EMZ
If youre changing that I would also recommend fitting a damper heater kit. Again, ask for the one that fits the EMZ end 91 or 91A – that will ensure no call backs for freezing.

Try 67006251 off memory, but confirm with parts before you order.

The top light (currently red) is the only light. The other two are coloured dots showing the status of the light.
Replace the water filter and hold the lock and water button for 3 seconds to reset to green

    Re: customer wants money back!!!

Respectfully to all over posters, I feel most customers would expect to pay for your time, you’re the professional but it is their appliance not yours. You are providing a service which ultimately must be paid for. Years gone by you could pretty much guarantee a fix, easier products less product range etc etc. That is unless you advertise free quotes / call out’s etc, if thats the case they will expect to pay for a fix and nothing less. 😥
No matter how good a fault finding job you do, sometimes until you actually bite the bullet and fit a pcb you cannot be sure and with todays prices on some of these boards it could wipe out a decent days work if you get it wrong. Not spelling this out in the first instance, I would ask for the labour and offer a refund on the part, but for future reference if its something your not likely to use for a long time I would get the comittment from the customer first. You can then always make a good will gesture and offer something back if its only the profit on the job. Theres no crystall balls in this job or is just me who doesnt have one?
Try getting a plumber to sort your boiler, they throw parts all day long at it but its your cost not theirs. :rolls:

    Re: Intellectual property rights

Some years ago there was a piece in the local paper about a car spares shop in Marple Stockport called Harrods, the logo was in green and looked very much like the famous Harrods store. (incidentally it had done for many years and the owner is called Harrod). Lots of threats and it was all over the papers. I dont know what the outcome was but the logos have never changed and he is still trading under that name.

Hi, you can record your company details for free on yell.com. I paid to have the all bells and whistles service some years ago when working for myself full time. I didnt keep that long due to the cost. But the free register is worth doing even if your not top of the tree.

Check the water sensor in the sump its a grid on the r/h side and the sensor is behind. This can be removed from the sump with the plinth off.
I experienced where it would fill and then abort the programme before circulate. It was not sensing the water and cutting off.
