    there was water in the pressure hose, and the limescale in the water had hardened in the pressure switch entry, (couldnt make it click by blowing hard) once it was cleared all was fine.

    cant see anything about more than one speed, only reference is

    as far i am aware its a single speed motor, the old askol type motors certainly play up but if you have changed it for the new type with capacitor, it should be fine. is there 240v. get me a service number and i will have a bit more of a look.

    read a service bulletin once that said sometimes the bent sump hose twists or collapses in operation reducing presure. never seen it myself but maybe worth a look.

    keep fit, save on the electric and do the washing, the fitter you get the better the spin speed

    as far as i can see there are only 5 lights above the fabric button, not 6.

    this is the error code.
    L5 Heating (and, in Jetsystem models, circulation pump)

    circ pump appears to be on most of the time with water level detected.

    there is a seperate relay for the heater that looks ok, i think the board switches through triacs.

    looks as if if you you should of had some information with the pcb telling you to cut out certain service resistors on the new board.

    if the fan is not running correctly the heat will rise from the element, and the capillary above will get too hot too soon and will switch the themostat off. this will give you low temperature.

    i have times for a awm5145 & 5125, both say 40 degree cottons wash approx 2:10, thats to get that a rated wash that everyone looks for these days.
