Just got steamer to defrost ice because we are doing so many of these but as I said before the ice build up is a problem with the back panel, you might get a recall on this! 😥

sounds like a fault is beening detected by the electronics and aborting the program, could be element but not nesseccarily, any failed component would cause an abort.

    Re: AEG trips electrics

could be a few things thats causing the leak into the base, but the water in the base is most certainly getting into the wash motor causing the trip to go.
leak could be from drain pump, wash motor or side tank.
my advice would be to get an engineer to check it out.

if the led is flashing with the pulsing of pump etc it sounds like an electrical supply being interupted, is the plug in properly, have you accidently dislodged any plugs on pcb while fitting the ntc.

    Re: Call screening?

In my days at sevice force I and A. N. Other worked alternate weeks in the office, we where able to be asked by recieptionists whilst taking a call if it was viable to book a call. We also went into the call booking system and where able to allocate parts from stock, order if the parts would come in on time or even phone the customer to inform her that her cooker clock might be on auto, or her washer filter might need cleaning, now the system was by no means full-proof, but we even trained the receiptionist to ask rudimentary question to try to stop unnessecary calls.

Hi had a similar problem recently, one of my workmates ordered a side tank for a similar fault because it doesnt seem to get to fill level, I went fitted tank still the same. I select a prog it drains then fils for exactly 30 seconds and thats it, reducing the flow to see if it took longer still gave a 30 sec fill, have ordered a pcb, havent been back yet to fit it so not sure if that will rectify it or not. 😕

    Re: beko 2 same fault

the procedure mike describes is the method on machines (wma1715s)with electronics manufactured before feb 2004. At the point where you select the spin if you press the start button, if a fault code is stored it will be indicated by the on or off position of the five leds on the right hand side.

hi cl767sv standard crosslee condensor drier suffix sv for silver? If motor and fans are ok filters etc, the stat under drum is usually at fault. Bit of a pain to do, back off, drum out.

Hi not had this problem before, I asume that the compressor isnt running? most probs with these are not defrosting hence no cold in fridge and only cool in freezer, check your private messages.
