    Thanks snig for reply.since posting i have removed module.and tightened all connections up. relay seems fine,heating ok.this m/c is going through cycle no prob.it just wont go to the point where end led comes on. It starts straight away on new program on whatever it was on previously on when you power it up thus not giving cust the option of changing programs.im wondering does pcb need reprogramming as i believe pressing wrong combinations of buttons can upset program.

    thanks for reply Seamy.had thought about capacitor,but if you reset prog m/c will work no prob straight away inc circ pump.then fail later in prog.Paul

    had this m/c last week.it did this stuttering on circ pump and sometimes it would sort it self out and start and other times it would not carry on.removed circ pump and ran off fly lead and ran ok but very noisy. cust decided not to spend any money on it so never got to bottom of it.suspect circ pump.paul

    had a w/pool dw doing similar fri.no code flashing on start button.turned out to be pressure sw on side of sump.worth trying a clean of this first before you replace.paul

    usually triac gone on board caused by inlet valve or interlock ,but as you have had board checked motor or wiring fault.whats coming up on diagnostics.

    pinch contacts on flowmeter reed on lhs,usually works.if not replace reed.(radionics.ie)paul
