    Re: WM63 timer

Interlock can definately take out the timer tracks on these, had that a few times. Have you traced the wires back to the component from the damaged track ends? That is usually a good indication of where ythe fault is 😉

Could’ve written your initial post myself, Martin. 😕
Exactly the same in my area, been reccomending a local refrigeration only firm for years and never had a smile from them. Still, I’d rather reccomend than leave the customer with the dreaded YP.

The only code that quickfinder recognises is 07504 52229 which I thought was a phone number when she gave it to me 😳

    Re: Nardi LSi60h motor

Indesit motor fits and works fine. I ordered the 077118 motor which just needs the end cap at the rear retaining off the old one and rivetting back on.
I just need to cure the hole in the tub corner where the fitter shut the door on a screw 👿 and then reinstall it using something more suitable than 2 x 6″ long 3×2 blocks on every (well 3 ) foot. 😈

Tried to contact Nardi on the numbers from their website but to no avail so far. Anyone know any other contact details for them.

    It wor proper nasty 😥
The new blue Hotpoint uniform I had back then was black when i came out, I was completely drenched when I came out, as you walked downstairs to it the humidity crawled up yer legs. I had to walk about four blocks back to the van squelching as it was central London.

Re: Question for Indesit employed engineer?

Had one in the basement of a dry cleaners years ago when I worked for Hotpoo. Early WM range, rotten from the inside out within two years cos of the moisture down there, (also covered in cockroaches and hemmed in with bed mats, people slept down there I kid you not) which was I/G and on a D and G insurance. Both went for the repair no problem even though I’d reported it to both parties on two occasions. :con:
Doesn’t exactly answer your question but you’d think things would have changed…………………………….wouldn’t you?
