Looking at the drawings it appears that this machine has a switch called a box switch located at the front near the steam exchanger. This switch is on the neutral line before the door lock & start solenoid – worth a check & the flap and steam exchanger

Thanks for that, I was hoping it would be something like that but didn’t want to force anything. it may just be a power supply fault as customer unable to find where the power connection/switch is located
