    I had one that gave me a Bosch number from her mothers instruction book – ordered a fan motor but her oven turned out to be a whirlpool!

    That number comes back as a gas hob on the Neff site

    Agree could be heater, did you manage to get correct diagnostic manual for this mmachine ?

    Needed a whirlpool dishwasher wash pump 481236158434 and thought I would go to connect as I hadn’t ordered a lot from them lately 1 at 94-49 or could have 2 + at 44-64 so went back to good old Qualtex 43-38. I used to quote a retail price about the same as that on Currys Partmaster site but of late I,ve found that this is often lower than trade from connect on some items

    Talking to an engineer last week who had the same problem – not sure if same model but will try to get more info later

    washing heating element and drying (in
    the WD board)
    Wiring faulty; WD board faulty; PCB faulty.

    Probably WD Board Pt No. 3792633004
