    Re: electrolux ewd1214i washer dryer

You can do the door seal through the front of the machine, I always remove the outer door and lay the machine back. the seal is held in by the stretch band so no need to unscrew clamp. Refitting is a fiddly job as it has to go around the lip of the drum – good old washing up liquid needed. There is a clip holding the seal to the dryer assy this has to be removed and some engineers remove the front duct from the dryer and remove with the old seal and fit to the new seal before refitting

    Good Luck

    Re: Zanussi TD4112W

Seems very strange, looking at wiring diagram for this model it appears that there are no thermostat in line before switch contacts and assuming electris to the machine are OK would think probably timer on this one – as the light & timer stops when you close door I would suspect electris to machine let me know if you req diagram

Re: Bosh srs431c12gb/23 drain pump removal

Did one a couple of weeks ago – to only change the pump & not the housing. Remove plinth and metal plate from behind it and also outer door as this helps to give a bit more room to work. Remove transfer pipe from water inlet chamber to sump and the pump should just twist off.
If you need to change the complete unit I found that the easiest way was to also remove the LH side panel and remove the pump hose from the water inlet unit – attach a piece of string to the pipe – pull the pump out of the rubber bung in the sump and then draw the complete pump with hose and string attached carefully thru the front of the machine – and then after changing pump feed the pump and hose back whilst pulling the string back thru
    -its fiddly but it works

Looking at wiring diagram they seem near direct replacement, the only difference being the neutral connection was S2 and now 4A – let me know if you req diagram

Re: electrolux EKC 6046K cooker low grill temp.

These cookers have a dual element, outer element for top oven and inner element for grill. You may find that the inner has gone and the outer still heats at a low temperature. I am unable to tell from the wiring diagram if both inner & outer are used on the grill setting. Both come thru the same thermostat.
