Re: sgs6312 gb bosch d/w leak under pressure on gutter seal

Have you checked that the lower wash arm support hasn’t become uncliped from the arm and that the arm is not split. Either of these would cause water to come out under the door whilst under pressure

I went to a machine a few years back, the machines all neatly lined up Washing Machine -Tumble Dryer-Dishwasher, they all had spur switches above marked with the appliance’s. Pulled out the Washing Machine after switching off, removed top and put hand inside and whack. customer then said he wondered why I had turned of the tumble dryer and then stated the plugs under the counter had been fitted into different sockets to save extending the machine cables.

It appears that this machine has roller supporting the front and would think these would be the most likely cause of the noise

    Part Numbers are

    Rear Bearing 1250134119
    Shaft/Axle 1250232053

    Front Roller 1254235003
    Roller Bush 1254250002
    Roller Screw 1240222123

    Good Luck

Have you checked that you are actually getting 240v at the socket or tried a different socket – also this machine has a connector for the door cables at the front of the base tray and these may be worth a check.

Beko have a machine under the same model number – if this is the same as the beko it lokks like it has a flow meter attached to the inlet water unit/airbreak on the LH side of the machine

Thanks Guys for your input, Just hoping for magic cure but suspect the board has gone. The machine is in a rented property and think it has been well used over the past 7 years. will have to see what owner wants to do but would think replacement machine.

Looking at the timer on connect it looks like it has 2 relays – one either side of the timer, if this is the case it would just be a matter of connecting the wires together from each relay ie relay 1 remove cables and join them together & then the same for relay 2.
