Bryan,
The link on the email refers to accomodation and to indicate those that want it when they register for the event. I couldn’t get any of the links to work above but am happy to modify the email if you have one. To be honest I’m not sure if the registrations will bounce through to us or not either. The important thing was to get the date in the diary for these companies.

Have you actually seen the fault or just going on what the customer has said. This machine self diagnoses faults and will lock the user out if the fault is not cleared by turning the timer to the off position. Is the appliance showing any of the leds flashing – machines just dont go dead perhaps this is a case of pilot error :rolls:

ModeratorRe: AWCT10L Bearing job.
Fairly straight forward, top off, facia off, bottom plinth off, door seal unclipped, remove door interlock, front off. (Now this bit makes it alittle easier to do – drill a hole at the top of the drum pulley recess on the back of the rear casing – then using a hole cutter cut an inch and a half hole in the casing – this gives you access to the drum pulley retaining nut) lock pulley and remove nut and washer. Round to the front, take off wires to heater/thermistor, remove two counterweights and then undo ye number of tubfront screws. Take tubfront off disconnecting pressure switch pipe as you go – You are now in, drum pulley off tub out and you have access to bearing/seal assy. The bearing and seal kit is the same as that used on the Hotpoint 95/WM series. Reassembly is the reverse checking the normal and then finally blank off the hole you cut at the start. Good luck

ModeratorRe: Feb 2012 Workshops/Seminars
I agree with Ken, whilst it is classed as a meeting for manufacturers, part suppliers and engineers we shouldn’t be playing around offering engineer training. This in my opinion is the time for networking, finding/offering work and negotiating good deals with suppliers, test equipment people and the like.
