Re: hotpoint wm64p door switch fault

stop banging it and replace the door interlock right away repeated banging will damage the lock in such a way as to damage the timer and that is a costly spare compared to the price of a door interlock

do nto even use it till this is done

    Re: Indesit WIDXL126 Fill Levels

imo beko and indesit are currently the same level of tat
as for was fill levels are your clothes actually clean as the more modern machines do use less water as they do not come out any cleaner with more water as for the powder it is well known that main brands are generally better but i would not put my name to any particualr brand…someone on here will have a bettter answer for you there
as for drying stiff i cant see that being anything to do with the machine’s low water level but you are right they do do lower water for the efficiency and across the board this is so

it is supply and demand people want a cheaper machine that costs less to run end result indesit appliances

i hear ise do a good machine 😀

Re: Hoover Vision HD – VDH8162-80 – Noisy spin

why would bearings go on a 2 year old machine hmmmmmmmm
massively oversized drum and spin + large door leading people to think it means fill to top of drum= 1 knackered washer

these days people buy a machine for less than 500 and a top spec one at that then overload and run it at full pelt
it is the equilelant as going out and buying a brand new car (daewoo or kia…..) then putting 8 fat blokes in the back and filling the boot with beer then doing a booze cruise to france all at top speed and wondering why it does not last very long

ask too much spend too little

as for your post if the drum is sealed then the bearings are slightly more simple than a non sealed drum as all you gotta do is …..change the drum

    😀

Re: Hotpoint Aquarius WF740 won’t end cycle, it’s stays on

if the element is knackered the mahine is still waiting to heat up even 6 weeks later

if it is intermittent then are you sure the load is even as an uneven load will cause alll sorts of spin problems

Re: Hotpoint WT960P counting down but not doing anything

does the drum turn during the cycle?
if the machine counts all the way down to 1 minute left and then continues that is the heater?
if the drum does not move check the wiring to the motor
