Re: How many pints can you buy for £1500?

I charge a tenner to go out and inspect the machine, if the customer has the work done then the callout is scraped if i sell them one i knock it off the price of one.
the only time i charge just ten pounds is if i go out say fault is x and the customer says ok well i will do it myslef or similar.
the bonus is once they have paid ten pounds towards it they are more likely to stay with you and a tenner aint much to anyone so does not put many people off, except those timewasters.
    to go out costs me
    time
    petrol
wear and tear on a van
    having a van
    insuring it
    insuring myself
    staff
    having tools
and also not being in my workshop building a machine i could get 2oo quid for
charge them 🙂 you dont owe anyone a favour
our knowledge is a valuable thing

water and lectricity is a dangerous mix, just ask us and we will tell you what shocks are like.

i have a regular customer who is terrified to go in the kitchen when the washer is running as his father opened the lid of a washer and touched the innards while still plugged in, he died washing machines are dangerous when live!!

I am almost certain this will result in you replacing the pump.

F04 IS A DRAIN OUT FAULT
    is your machine
    a. draining slowly causing the error to appear
    b. not draining at all when the error appears
if it is then you may have a blockage in the sump hose or waste pipe
if it is b then it could still be a blockage or more likely the pump has had it, pumps are fairly cheap parts and generally easy to fit so well worth a try if you are not confident to do it yourself then there is a link on this site for an engineer to call to you.
also why buy a non bosch machine?
most pump faults are the result of a foreign object doing da,age and not the fault of the machine
let me know how you get on:)

Re: Can u Help with A Blonberg 1315?? Please

before you opened the pump was it full of water, it may be a blockage in the pressure pipe or more likely a timer fault these machines are notorious for it, the more info we get the better advise we can give

    power off if going in

    Re: Hoover ACM16

all faults along these lines tend to be board/timer related, but it is well worth checking all the wires connect tightly:)

    Re: Beko wma1614w washing machine

Does the machine just get to spin and continuously tumble, if so it may be in need of a new belt i have had this problem before on servis and beko machine the belt stretches ever so slightly and the machine seems to believe the load is uneven its worth a shot:)
