Don’t forget the all important model number in full as this model comes in white (P), silver (S) and black (K) along with the serial number which can be found on the left hand fridge wall.

Managed to download a bigger pic from Image Shack.

The two halves of the fixing come apart with a small flat blade into the little recesses and gently easing the two halves apart.

The clips refereed to above are the little circular white cover caps covering the screw holes on the left hand door edge. These will simply pop out with a flat blade.

The shaft has been broken on the control unit, half of it is still inside the knob. You need the control unit as well as the knob.

Post up the model and serial number and we’ll have a go at helping.

The PIA611B68 13A allows you to use two zones at max power. If you activate all of the zones 2.9kw is shared between all four. The attached explains it a little nicer 😉
