ModeratorRe: Cannon Range Cooker Dual Fuel 10455GF
Hi BobG
As it’s brand new and appears to have a fault I would contact Cannon service ASAP in the hope they can have a Gas Safe engineer to you before christmas.
Sadly we are unable to advise any further on gas repairs as forum rules apply.

Hi Brian
This is an ongoing issue every winter with fridge freezers either in sheds / garages or unheated conservatories. In your case as it’s technically outside the only thing you could do in this instance would be to bring the appliance indoors during the cold spells.A full article here in our advice section explains the issue in greater detail.

I then selected each program in turn (clockwise round dial) and the results:
Cottons 30-90 deg selection min delay 3hrs
Mixed load 40 selection min delay 3hrs
Super quick selection min delay 1hr
Rinse spin selection min delay 1hr
Drain selection min delay 1hr
Wool selection min delay 1hr
Delicates selection min delay 1hr
Easy Care selection min delay 2hrsThese appear to be very definitely programmed.
My Question – is this a fault or was the engineer wrong?
Laurence
I just fired up a WAE28367GB the 1400 spin version and yes the delay times are as you quote so your machine is is a good one.
Perhaps Bosch have changed the spec on the delay but not updated the instruction manuals.

Hi Tony
If you type workmate into the advanced search option there are quite a few threads worth a read. IIRC there were some alternative bits of kit around, some of the guys had even fashioned things themselves in order to work on built in ovens.

ModeratorRe: Miele K3212s
Hi Geoff
From the info I have gleaned this afternoon from this Miele thread the part number should be on the stat, it will start with either 4989…. or 4501… as there are more than 2 versions.

Hi
There are multiple versions of that board with various software releases.
Checking with our local Miele service agents they say “all Miele parts have the part number stamped on them” so using that theory your module part number will start 5879… and should be easily visible. Let me know if you find it just to prove the info correct.
Note to self to remember this little gem 😆

Hi pearlstar
There are only two that I am aware of in a slimdepth these days other than the Zanussi are the Bosch WLX24164 and the Indesit IWSC5125 The Bosch while a tad more expensive would be the way to go IMHO.
